Services

  • We provide life coaching, peer support, advocacy, sovereignty education, and spiritual guidance services, including but not limited to:

  • Parent advocacy

  • Life coaching

  • Reiki

  • Astrology

  • Tarot readings

  • Sovereignty support, UCC education, and empowerment tools related to personal, legal, or financial sovereignty

  • Our offerings are intended for personal development, empowerment, and informational purposes only.

  • We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advisory services. Any insights, techniques, or tools shared are for educational and personal reflection purposes only, and should not be interpreted as legal or financial advice.

  • Disclaimer of Results:
    We do not guarantee any specific results, earnings, outcomes, or life changes. The success and effectiveness of any service, product, or technique we offer depends entirely on the individual using them. Your commitment, choices, and personal circumstances play a key role in your experience and results.

Booking and Payments

​

  • Services must be scheduled through our booking system and are confirmed once payment is received.

  • We accept payments via Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal, and other providers integrated through the Site.

  • Prices are listed on the Site and are subject to change at any time.

Cancellations and Refunds

​

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be non-refundable at our discretion.

  • Refunds for digital products (downloads, PDFs, courses) are generally not available due to the nature of instant access.

Client Responsibilities

​

  • By booking a session, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18).

  • You agree to participate with an open mind and understand that results depend on your own effort, choices, and circumstances.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Coaching, advocacy, Reiki, astrology, and tarot services are not substitutes for medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice provided by licensed professionals.

  • We make no guarantees of specific outcomes. Services are offered in good faith to support personal growth and empowerment.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our Site or services.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Peach Oracle from any liability related to your use of our services.
